We started Treasures after watching a clinic's only receptionist answer 40 calls before lunch — half of them people asking to reschedule something that could have been a two-tap message. So we built the thing that should have already existed.

Where it started
In 2023 we spent three weeks sitting behind reception desks at six different clinics, just watching. The same pattern showed up everywhere: staff weren't managing patients, they were managing a phone.
No-shows weren't a patient problem — they were a reminder problem. Double-bookings weren't a scheduling problem — they were a "shared spreadsheet with no locking" problem. None of it needed more staff. It needed better plumbing.
What we believe running a clinic should feel like
Calm. A schedule you trust without checking it twice. Patients who show up because they were reminded like a person would remind them, not because someone got lucky on a follow-up call.
We're a small team — most of us have either run a clinic's front desk or married someone who has. That's on purpose.
A few things we won't compromise on.
Patients come first, always
Every screen, every message, every default is chosen for the person trying to see a doctor — not for the software vendor's convenience.
Plain speech, no jargon
A confirmation says "confirmed." A cancelled slot says "cancelled." We write like a person talking to another person.
Nothing happens in a black box
Staff can see exactly why a slot was offered, why a booking was declined, and undo anything automated in one tap.
Built with clinics, not just for them
Every feature started as a complaint from a real reception desk. We still test new releases with clinics before anyone else sees them.
